"Choosing State Farm , specifically through Steven Abbott's office, was the best decision I could have made as a young business owner! When starting a business at any age there are so many questions and tasks that need to be done, like getting your business insured. The idea of combing through a bunch of different insurance companies was daunting. When I reached out to my local State Farm Office I was surprised to see fast results and an easy set up. The idea of insurance and all that comes with it was actually very easy to understand with Steven Abbott. I was able to get an in person meeting very quickly after calling. When I arrived to the meeting He had already looked over my information and what I would need from my business insurance beforehand. This made the meeting go by quickly! As someone new to operating a business any questions I did not know how to answer were explained to me clearly. I also had used Steven Abbott's office for my car insurance beforehand. I have nothing but amazing things to say about both insurance policies I carry through State Farm! It truly makes a difference to know you can call and talk to a real person who is willing to help and answer any questions rather than being directed to an A.I. assistant. "Our area of Ohio suffered a catastrophic weather event that caused damage in a very concentrated area by the means of hail. My truck was severely damaged by this weather event and was in need of great repair due to thousands of dents in the metal.

Steven's team at State Farm Chardon branch was in contact with me within minutes of my message of what had happened well after normal hours of operation of their office. The claim process from start to finish was painless. From acquiring a rental to having my truck repaired and completed was as easy as I could have ever asked for. Steven's team checked in frequently and stayed on the claim to assure everything was 100%.

After my truck was back in my possession we noticed at certain times of night driving that the windshield may have suffered damage from the hail. Stevens team without question advised us to get the truck back to the repair center for an assessment and a new windshield without delay. My truck is 100% back to how I had it in great condition and we have no complaints. Steve's Chardon Branch team for State farm is a five star hands down."
