The claim process from start to finish was painless. From acquiring a rental to having my truck repaired and completed was as easy as I could have ever asked for. Steven's team checked in frequently and stayed on the claim to assure everything was 100%.

After my truck was back in my possession we noticed at certain times of night driving that the windshield may have suffered damage from the hail. Stevens team without question advised us to get the truck back to the repair center for an assessment and a new windshield without delay. "Poor agent customer service. When you become his customer and set up automatic payment, be careful! It is better to monitor your account. You will find you get extra charged without notification in advance. Not only that, if you notice it and call him, he will tell you that people like you only notice the price going up but never notice the price going down. The people like you never question the increased price in grocery store but would like to question the increased insurance bill. No clear detailed explanation for extra bill."
